As coaches we sure hope this finds you guys doing well!  We’d really like to look at all of this as a very "Friendly" reminder to be more prepared for crazy things.  We really are blessed to have so many things and be around such great people...but there are always things that we can do better (not just in running, but in life, home, school...just in general).  These are just good eye-opening moments, teaching us to always strive to be and do our BEST!  We all deserve "rest" from the things we work hard at, but we don't need "Days off" from living and doing the right things!  

As coaches our hearts are full when we think of you and what you are experiencing!  We want to just be able to run with you "The Spartan running family!"  So, as we thought about this week and what to say and do, we felt that this video (the First video), explained how we feel personally and how we feel as your Coaches!

This second video, we feel will help you connect with other runners your age and what they are going through.   A local boy (Easton Allred from Corner Canyon), asked a few top HS runners from around the country, how and what they were doing during this time.  Watch...has some good insight...You are not alone.  If you don't want to watch 11 min of HS runners talking, please at least watch the second video down below.
