Week 9 Summer Miles (PRD)

Week 9 Summer Miles (PRD)

Uncertainties?

Uncertainty refers to epistemic situations involving imperfect or unknown information. It applies to predictions of future events, to physical measurements that are already made, or to the unknown.

Life is full of uncertainties, as with any year or season but especially this upcoming season.

We MUST TRUST the PROCESS!

Why “Trust the Process” Is Life Changing Advice

We all go through times in our lives that are like the end of last school year. We endure dark days where we feel as though we just can’t win. Be it in our relationships, our jobs, or our own personal endeavors, life can be an extremely difficult test. What’s more is that life most certainly isn’t fair. Circumstances happen, whether in or out of OUR control. Things JUST happen. Life is the same way. It’s never going to relent. It will never stop trying to beat you down. The will to rise above and succeed comes from within, and sometimes you must be torn down to the very bottom in order to rebuild.

Life is a journey. Life is a process. And the beauty of life lies within the process. Learn to appreciate the process. Embrace the process. Trust the process. Each one of us has our own journey to take, and the road is far from straight and paved. “We cannot remake ourselves without suffering, for we are both the marble and the sculptor.” When you are in a period of your life where you simply can’t seem to get ahead or pull yourself up, keep your head up and embrace the daily grind. Stay focused on what’s in front of you and do what you have to do one day at a time. It sucks, but every action you do helps bring you one millimeter closer to your goals. Start stringing together those little actions every day, and you can start your own Process.

In the end, the satisfaction of knowing that you put in all the hard work it took to get to where you want to be is just as fulfilling as the result.

Often, things get worse before they get better. Stay strong (SPARTAN STRONG) and trust the process.

We must stay FOCUSED and show GRIT!!

Grit courage and resolve; strength of character.

Grit is passion and perseverance for long-term and meaningful goals.

It is the ability to persist in something you feel passionate about and persevere when you face obstacles. This kind of passion is not about intense emotions or infatuation. It’s about having direction and commitment. When you have this kind of passion, you can stay committed to a task that may be difficult or boring.

Grit is also about perseverance. To persevere means to stick with it; to continue working hard even after experiencing difficulty or failure.

Grit is important because it is a driver of achievement and success, independent of and beyond what talent and intelligence contribute. Being naturally smart and talented are great, but to truly do well and thrive, we need the ability to persevere. Without grit, talent may be nothing more than unmet potential. It is only with effort that talent becomes a skill that leads to success

KEEP doing the WORK!! KEEP running the MILES!! KEEP supporting EACH OTHER!

TRUST the PROCESS! Show GRIT!!! GOOD things WILL happen.

We believe in YOU! WE care about YOU!!

WE ARE MURRAY!!!

FIND YOUR GREATNESS!!!!
